OpenAI enhance
Sends the preview to OpenAI Images (edits) with “make this image higher definition”. By default there is no time limit — the request runs until OpenAI responds. Set OPENAI_ENHANCE_TIMEOUT_MS (milliseconds) in .env if you want a cap. Needs OPENAI_API_KEY.
Preview shows the most recently generated image (draft, approved copy, Gemini revision, OpenAI enhance, or blank variant).

Save PNG to approved-cards
Saves two files into approved-cards/{theme}/ on disk: the unpunched image (as generated) and the punched version with a white rectangle over the photo-frame area — ready for print. Punched filename = unpunched + 2 before .png.
Blank photo variant
Generate sends only the prompt “remove the person / people from the frame” with your cover. Publish blank uploads that asset to Shopify as additional product media — nothing already on the product is removed or replaced.
Publish the main card to Shopify first — blank media attaches to that product. (You can use Publish blank without generating a blank first — we create it from your latest cover.)
